You’ll find us inside the Harbour Centre building on West Hastings. Whether you’re booking a quick cleaning on your lunch break or working through a full care plan over time, we’ll help you take it step by step. You don’t need to know where to start - we’ll figure that out together.

Dr. Nilou Shirzad leads the team here. She’s calm, clear, and takes her time. We also speak several languages in the clinic, including Tagalog, French, Farsi, and Arabic. That helps some patients feel more at ease when talking through questions or making a decision.
