Dr. Maninder Gundhu

Dr. Maninder Gundhu

Doctors

Dr Maninder (Manny) Gundhu is a general dentist that graduated from the University of Manitoba. He practices and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry such as fillings, crowns, onlays, bridges, and root canals. His training and expertise is focused on advanced oral surgery techniques, such as placing dental implants, sinus lifts, bone grafting, and wisdom teeth extractions. Dr Manny has a conservative approach to treating patients, and always takes individual considerations into account when creating treatment plans.

Dr Manny lives locally and has settled in Promontory Heights with his wife and dog, and feels a sense of community treating patients at the clinic. In his free time, he enjoys going for walks in the area with his wife and dog, planning trips near and far, or trying new recipes.

Dr. Joyce Grou

Dr. Joyce Grou

Doctors

Dr. Joyce Grou has been practicing Dentistry for almost 25 years. After selling her own practice in Coquitlam in 2018, she continued to practice in the Tricities and the lower mainland.

She has recently joined Promontory Heights and is very excited to be part of our amazing team and this community.

Dr. Grou has been a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry since 2007. She is also member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, Canadian Dental Association, and the BC Dental Association.

She is committed to continuous learning and is passionate about doing Cosmetic Dentistry. With her warm, patient focused approach she helps her patients achieve optimal dental health and unleash the power of their smiles. She is very thorough and makes sure that her patients are very comfortable during treatment. With her vast knowledge, feel free to ask her anything when you see her.

Outside of the workplace she enjoys hiking the local mountains, skiing, snowshoeing and traveling. She loves spending time with her husband and two adult kids. Make sure to ask about Sugar, her furry baby when you see her in our office!

Dr. Jehan Casey

Doctors

Dr. Casey has a wealth of knowledge with her 15 years of experience. She graduated from the University of Case Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio. She owned a dental group practice in Calgary before moving back home to BC with her husband Jeff, a few years ago.

Dr. Casey has been serving the Fort St. James community and the First Nation reserves before she decided to take over Promontory Heights Dental. She is excited to make Promontory Heights Dental her new home and be part of the Chilliwack community

Dr. Casey performs all general dental procedures crowns & bridges, extractions, and Invisalign; she enjoys treating kids.

One of her favourite things to do is to work in underserved communities. Her last trip was to Nepal in 2019, where she treated over 1,000 Tibetan kids with other like-minded Dentist worldwide.

You can find her hiking in nature in her spare time, where she finds peace in medidation or enjoys many Zumba marathon classes. She also has a warm spot for animals, especailly dogs and her puppy Koko.
